Job summary

Watermelon Swim in Florida is seeking a part-time Back-of-House Customer Service Representative to join our melon-tastic team at Riverview and Wesley Chapel locations. You will handle inquiries, scheduling, and account questions with a calm, friendly approach.

As a key team member, you will support the Front Desk when needed, maintain accurate information flow, and ensure a seamless client experience through phone, email, and internal systems.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented mindset and friendly demeanor.
• Experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiar with multi-line phone systems, databases, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while staying calm.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and professional.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
