Job summary

Watermelon Swim in Wesley Chapel, FL is hiring part-time swim instructors to help our community become safer in and around water.

We provide paid training, a consistent part-time schedule, and opportunities for growth. You’ll teach life-saving skills and make a real impact while having fun with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• CPR and First Aid certification required within 45 days of hire.
• Available at least two weekday evenings and one weekend day.
• Comfortable in the water.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming skills to students in a safe and supportive environment.
• Instruct and motivate students to improve water confidence and technique.
