Planet Fitness in Reynoldsburg, OH is hiring a Customer Service Representative. The role focuses on delivering a superior, Judgement Free experience to members and guests, including greeting, sign-ups, and addressing questions with a friendly, script-based approach.

Compensation starts at $12 per hour with hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter. This part-time position includes shift-differential pay, PTO, and access to benefits like an Employee Assistance Program

Competenze

• Customer service experience required.

• Basic computer proficiency required.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Details: Job Location: L177 Reynoldsburg - Reynoldsburg, OH, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Part- Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Qualifications: Job Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
