Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free experience.

• Answer phones courteously using scripted information.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns.
• Process purchases via point of sale system.
• Promote fitness classes (PE@PF) to members and new clients.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe environment.
