Description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customer service to customers and circulation carriers. The role includes inbound and outbound calls. Availability to work every weekend and some weekdays is required.

Work Schedule

Two positions available:

  • Part Time: Mon, Wed, Fri 12-5pm; Sun 6am-1pm
  • Full Time: Mon, Thu, Fri 8:30am-4:30pm; Sat, Sun 5:30am-1pm; Off Tue, Wed

Essential Job Functions

  • Collaborate effectively with staff and supervisors
  • Operate PC and software like Newzware
  • Provide courteous service via phone, maintaining professionalism
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Follow standards and guidelines
  • Understand rates and product details
  • Maintain accuracy and productivity
  • Support carriers and news dealers to meet customer expectations
  • Complete reports and correspondence as needed
  • Assist management with projects
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Location

Located off Route 30 Greenfield exit, with access to shops, restaurants, and major cities like Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington D.C.
