Job summary

Talented-Medical-Solutions seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) for a critical-need, full-time role at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Williamstown, Massachusetts.

You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to help patients regain mobility and independence, across a 35-hour weekday schedule with flexibility.

New graduates are welcome to apply and will be compensated based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree.
• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work effectively in an SNF environment.
• Adaptability and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, endurance, and functional independence.
• Monitor patient response to treatment and adjust plans as needed.
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapy and safe mobility.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, physicians, and other members of the care team.
