We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join a mobile outpatient therapy team serving patients in and around Holyoke, Massachusetts.
This role is designed for a clinician who enjoys delivering personalized care while having the flexibility and variety that comes with a mobile therapy model. Rather than treating every patient in the same traditional clinic environment, you'll meet patients where they are and tailor treatment to their individual needs and goals.

Organized and adaptable approach to patient care
Comfortable providing therapy in a mobile outpatient environment
