This part-time role offers starting pay of $17.55/hour with pay for experience, with 7a-3p and 3p-11p shifts in Memory Support to provide routine daily nursing care under supervision.

You will preserve residents' dignity, honor rights, provide customer service, and adhere to federal and state regulations while assisting with daily living activities and essential care

Qualifications

• Must be certified nurse’s aide in accordance with laws of Florida.
• Must be CPR Certified
• Experience with older adults in a healthcare setting is desirable, preferably at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living: bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, transfers, ambulation, toileting.
• Ensure rooms are maintained clean and beds are made; assist with meals.
• Take vital signs and report changes to the nurse.
• Follow infection prevention and control measures per federal/state regulations.
• Document care activities accurately in CNA ECS flow-sheet.
• Perform rounds and ensure safety precautions/equipment are operational.
• Provide timely incontinent care and reposition residents as needed.
• Assist Activities Department with resident activities.
