Job summary

Westminster Communities of Florida is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant/Med Tech for part-time work in our Westminster Shores community in St. Petersburg, FL. The role involves providing routine nursing care under supervision, assisting with activities of daily living, and reporting changes to the nurse.

Schedule: 16-24 hours/week, every other weekend, 11pm–7am shift. Qualified applicants must have an active Florida CNA license, CPR certification, and at least one year in long-term care or

• Active Florida CNA license.
• Minimum 1 year long-term care or related experience.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Maintain room hygiene and bed cleanliness.
• Serve meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Take and report vital signs to the nurse.
• Follow infection prevention protocols.
• Document in CNA ECS flowsheet promptly and accurately.
• Make rounds to ensure safety equipment is functioning.
• Provide timely incontinent care and reposition residents to prevent skin issues.
