Job summary

Confluent Health LLC is seeking a PT Technician to welcome patients, assist therapists, and help maintain a smooth-running clinic in a fast-paced setting.

You will support exercise programs, set up modalities, and ensure cleanliness while upholding HIPAA standards. Part-time, daytime shifts available in California, with hourly compensation. Training on workflows and patient care is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with patients of all ages.
• Ability to follow directions from licensed therapists.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinic.
• Ability to work with therapists and front desk staff.
• Ability to maintain patient privacy and HIPAA standards.
• Reliable attendance and daytime availability preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort to treatment areas.
• Guide patients through exercise programs as directed by therapists.
• Set up and take down modalities such as heat, ice, e-stim, Game Ready, and Normatec.
• Clean and sanitize treatment tables, equipment, and rooms between patients.
• Keep the clinic stocked and organized, including laundry and restocking supplies.
• Anticipate the needs of therapists and patients and assist where needed.
• Support the front desk and other clinic team members during downtime.
• Protect patient privacy and uphold HIPAA standards in every interaction.
