Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with patients of all ages.
• Ability to follow directions from licensed therapists.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.
• Collaborative team player with front desk staff and therapists.
• Initiative to identify clinic, patient, and team needs.
• Ability to stay on your feet and perform routine clinic tasks.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Reliable attendance with daytime availability.
• Pursuing or completed degree in kinesiology or related pre-PT field preferred.
• Experience in customer service or fitness/healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and bring them to treatment areas with an accompanying staff member.
• Guide patients through therapist-directed exercise programs.
• Set up and break down modalities like heat, ice, e-stim, Game Ready and Normatec.
• Clean and sanitize tables, equipment and rooms between patients.
• Keep clinic stocked and organized, including laundry and restocking supplies.
• Anticipate the needs of therapists and patients and assist where needed.
• Support the front desk and other clinic staff during downtime.
• Uphold HIPAA standards in every interaction and protect patient privacy.
