PT Solutions is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead evidence-based physical therapy programs across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine teams.

You will evaluate and plan treatment, manage clinic budgets, and build relationships with patients and referring clinicians while driving community engagement and high-quality care.

This on-site Indiana role offers a base salary of $90,000–$110,000 per year plus monthly incentives and a sign-on bonus in select locations.

Qualificações

• Must be a licensed physical therapist in the state.
• Leadership/management experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

APTA or CAPTE PT program

State Licensure
