Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead treatment programs across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patient populations. This role emphasizes evidence-based care, budget management, and community outreach within a dynamic multi-disciplinary team.

The position offers a base salary of $90,000–$115,000 per year based on experience, plus monthly incentives for meeting daily visit thresholds and a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 in select locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Management experience preferred.
• State Licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient and empower them to exceed functional outcomes.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s needs.
• Meet and exceed clinic budget through referrals, visits, and proper billing practices.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patients, clinicians, and team members.
• Build and maintain relationships within the community.
