Cleaning Supervisor in Sandston

Shifts Available:

• Zip code: 23150 (10 hours weekly) Near Technology Blvd Saturday-Sunday 6:00 PM - 12:00 AM $20/hour (02)

Positions will require:

• Eye scan required for building entry
• ID must be left at the security desk
• Steel Toed Shoes Required (Employee Purchase)
• Hard Hat Required (Company Provided)

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of previous professional cleaning experience AND 3+ years management experience required OR 3+ years ofmanagementin food industry experience required
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated individuals who take pride in their work
• Must have a valid driver’s license

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other work areas
• Collect and empty trash and recyclables
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Clean glass, windows, and doors
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Create a team atmosphere with your front-line employees in your building.
• Inspect the work of your front-line employee and report the findings to your Area Manager.
• Inspections include the janitorial closets.
• Ensuring the client in your building(s) is getting what we promised.
• Lead initial cleans within your building(s).
• Request needed supplies/equipment and stock closet as needed with supplies once delivered.
• Clean number of hours assigned.
• Maintain budget for assigned building(s)
• Arrange for an open job/call out to be cleaned using other employees on your team in your building.
• Supervisor will train, cross-train, and sub for open jobs and inspections.
• Carries out the instructions from the Area Manager.
