Job summary

U.S. Servico, Inc. in Clarkston, MI is seeking a part-time Cleaning Specialist for evening shifts, Monday through Friday after 6pm, with a 5-hour shift. The role includes additional 1.5 hours on two Saturdays per month to support operations.

You will join a dedicated team that disinfects and cleans buildings to help keep essential services open and running. Training covers equipment use, safety, and reporting with photos.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED encouraged.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the job site.
• Ability to use cellphone app to clock in/out and to complete inspection reports with photos.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail to customer satisfaction according to Servico standards.
• Operate cleaning equipment as required.
• Mop, vacuum, trash removal, bathroom cleaning.
• Restock supplies and prepare work areas.
• Show up on time and work in a team or independently.
• Follow safety guidelines and complete tasks as scheduled.
