Store - ROME, GA

Deliver friendly customer service, assist customers in shopping, and ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience. Complete truck unloading and merchandise duties, maintain store recovery standards, and support various store operations.

1. Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
2. Ensure a quick checkout process and handle cash transactions properly.
3. Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, assisting with enrollments.
4. Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
5. Support Omni channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS.
6. Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
7. Maintain merchandise recovery, returns, and store recovery standards.
8. Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
9. Support shrink and safety initiatives.
10. Follow SOPs and company policies to ensure compliance.
11. Interact respectfully with customers and team members, promote a positive image.
12. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Stand for long periods, move throughout the store, bend, lift, carry, reach, stretch.
• Lift heavy boxes, access high shelves using ladders.
• Work includes nights, weekends, and early mornings; some outdoor work involved.
