Responsibilities:

• Greets customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and records the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket.
• Makes change accurately and issues receipts to customers.
• Reconciles cash drawer daily.
• Answers multi-line switchboard promptly and efficiently, directs customers to the proper department, and follows up in a timely manner.
• Handles customer complaints diplomatically and refers customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
• Maintains and files Service Repair Orders, Parts Counter Tickets, and hard copies.
• Performs any other duties as requested by Dealer and Managers.
• Maintains regular attendance as per policy.
• Follows all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
