Responsibilities

1. Greets customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner.
2. Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket.
3. Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
4. Reconcile cash drawer daily.
5. Promptly and efficiently answer multi-line switchboard and direct consumers to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner.
6. Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.
7. Maintain and file Service Repair Orders, Parts Counter Tickets, Hard Copies.
8. Perform any other special duties as requested by Dealer and other Managers.
9. Maintain regular attendance consistent with attendance policy.
10. Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
3. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
5. Must be 18 years of age or older.
