Responsibilities

• Promptly, at the start of the shift, review the work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties.
• Mix frosting, color frosting, make cones, load cones, frost cakes, and decorate cakes with colored frosting.
• Take orders, complete orders, and store orders in the bakery cooler.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools and equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss.
• Demonstrate proper food safety and sanitation work habits.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Have valid identification.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate to complete job duties and comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Complete the introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position.
• Be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Perform all job functions safely.
• Meet company performance standards for the job.
• Meet company performance standards for the job, including but not limited to regular attendance.
• Agree to wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes approved for this job.
