Position Overview

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors have a customer-first mindset and are passionate about providing a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. Success is achieved by being a team player who is curious, resourceful, and exemplifies inclusivity.

Brand Ambassadors are the entry point for future leadership roles within Ralph Lauren, where you can begin to write your next great chapter.

Responsibilities
  1. Motivate to drive their business daily and achieve sales goals.
  2. Proactively focus on the customer in all decisions.
  3. Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
  4. Utilize "More Ways to Shop" to drive results and support new technology.
  5. Represent customer experience expectations in store.
  6. Deliver a consistent experience aligned with RL Brand standards.
  7. Champion RL core values and support a collaborative environment.
  8. Engage in networking to build a clientele.
  9. Provide ongoing feedback to management.
  10. Support alternative purchasing processes and broaden product discovery methods.
  11. Provide feedback on category opportunities or needs.
  12. Ensure sales floor and store standards are maintained at all times.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  • Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
  • Effective communication with customers and team members.
  • Ability to maneuver around the store, work with chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs., and climb moderately.
  • Ability to operate the register, stand, walk for extended periods.
  • Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as needed.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
