Responsibilities include:

• Motivating to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Focusing on customer needs to drive business proactively.
• Supporting company initiatives and participating in team training.
• Utilizing 'More Ways to Shop' and new technologies to enhance sales.
• Representing customer experience expectations and supporting store vision.
• Championing RL core values and fostering a collaborative environment.
• Building customer relationships and providing feedback to management.
• Supporting alternative purchasing methods and broadening product discovery options.
• Maintaining store standards at all times.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs, and operate the register.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
