Responsibilities include:

1. Motivated to drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
2. Focus on customer needs to proactively drive business.
3. Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
4. Utilize 'More Ways to Shop' and support new technology adoption.
5. Represent customer experience expectations in-store.
6. Deliver consistent experiences aligned with RL Brand standards.
7. Champion RL core values and support a collaborative environment.
8. Engage in networking to build a clientele.
9. Provide ongoing feedback to management.
10. Support alternative purchase methods and broaden product discovery options.
11. Ensure store standards and sales floor maintenance.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

1. Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
2. Effective communication skills.
3. Ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs., and work with chemicals.
4. Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts and travel.
5. Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
