Responsibilities include:

1. Motivating to drive daily sales and achieve goals.
2. Focusing on customer needs to proactively drive business.
3. Supporting company initiatives and participating in team training.
4. Utilizing innovative shopping methods and supporting new technology.
5. Representing customer experience expectations on the sales floor.
6. Delivering consistent brand-aligned experiences and supporting store vision.
7. Championing RL core values and fostering a collaborative environment.
8. Building customer relationships and providing ongoing feedback to management.
9. Enhancing customer accessibility through digital tools and alternative purchase paths.
10. Maintaining store standards at all times.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Physical ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs, and work with chemicals.
• Ability to operate registers, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, possibly overnight shifts and travel.
• Ability to develop positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
