Responsibilities include:

1. Driving daily sales and achieving weekly, monthly goals.
2. Focusing on customer needs to proactively drive business.
3. Supporting company initiatives and participating in team training.
4. Utilizing innovative shopping methods and supporting new technology.
5. Representing and delivering the customer experience aligned with RL Brand standards.
6. Championing RL core values and fostering a collaborative environment.
7. Building and maintaining a customer network and providing feedback to management.
8. Supporting alternative purchasing methods and enhancing product discovery through digital tools.
9. Ensuring store standards and sales floor presentation are maintained at all times.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

1. Retail or similar experience in high-volume or high-profile environments preferred.
2. Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
3. Physical ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs, and operate the register.
4. Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed.
5. Ability to build positive relationships with customers, management, and colleagues.
