SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: The Beverage Server is responsible for serving beverages to guests and ensuring their needs are consistently exceeded. This is a part-time position with pay starting at $7/hr plus tips.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES: Essential duties include providing prompt, friendly service of drinks, inputting orders into the POS system, complying with all relevant regulations and training (e.g., S.M.A.R.T. or T.I.P.S.), preparing and garnishing drinks, retrieving used glasses, maintaining a proper server bank balance, attending training sessions, promoting positive relations, maintaining a neat appearance, and performing other duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS: Requirements include being at least 19 years old, possessing a high school diploma or equivalent, previous customer service experience preferred, ability to use mobile and touchscreen devices, and demonstrating a commitment to guest service and ethical conduct.
