Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin’s Sheboygan area seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to provide therapy across PHP/IOP programs at the Aurora Behavioral Health Center Sheboygan, in-person Monday to Friday mornings.

The role requires a Master’s in Social Work or related field, Wisconsin licensure, and about 1 year of behavioral health therapy experience; schedule is 20 hours per week, with no weekends or on-call.

Qualifications

• MSW or related field required.
• Wisconsin licensure (LCSW/LMFT/Clinical Social Worker) upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides crisis intervention as needed.
• Develops and monitors treatment plans and interventions.
• Coordinates discharge planning and referrals within the hospital network.
• Documents care per department procedures and timelines.
