Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at shift start.
2. Assemble ingredients, prepare and bake goods, and manage baking trays and racks.
3. Package, label, and display baked goods; clean display cases; and restock with fresh items.
4. Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
5. Track and record loss.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. with valid ID.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to perform duties and follow safety policies.
• Complete a 60-day introductory period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Willing to wear proper clothing and shoes.
• Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4 hours, varies by need.
• Job involves continuous activity.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%, sit 0%.
• Category IV physical activity: lifting, carrying, pushing up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
