Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at shift start.
2. Assemble, mix, and bake goods, including placing mixes on trays, baking, and handling baked items.
3. Package, label, and display baked goods, and maintain cleanliness of display cases and work surfaces.
4. Clean and sanitize all work areas, tools, equipment, and floors.
5. Track and record product loss.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. with valid identification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Complete a 60-day introductory period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Willing to wear approved clothing and shoes.
• Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Physical demands include lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., standing 55%, walking 45%.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
