Duties and Responsibilities

• Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
• Assemble and bake goods, package, label, and display baked items.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and possess valid identification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to perform job duties and adhere to policies and safety regulations.
• Complete a 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Use or learn to use equipment and tools required for the job.
• Wear proper clothing and shoes approved for this role.
• Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Job involves continual work cycles.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 55%, sit 0%, walk 45% of the time.
• Category IV physical demands: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.; max pull static: 20 lbs.
