Responsibilities

• Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
• Assemble, mix, and bake goods according to recipes and standards.
• Package, label, and display baked goods, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas and equipment.
• Record and track product loss.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. with valid identification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Complete a 60-day introductory period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards.
• Willingness to learn and safely operate necessary equipment.
• Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum 4-hour shifts, with flexibility based on business needs.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.; stand for approximately 55% of the shift and walk for 45%.
