Duties And Responsibilities

• Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
• Assemble and mix ingredients, place on trays, bake goods, and handle packaging and labeling.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
• Track and record loss.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. and have valid identification.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to perform duties and adhere to policies and safety regulations.
• Complete a 60-day introductory period.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Willing to wear proper clothing and shoes.
• 1 year of work experience or technical training preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours, depending on needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%, sit 0%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing up to 50 lbs; max pull static: 20 lbs.
