The primary responsibilities include unloading trucks, breaking down pallets, restocking U-boats, moving and setting up new stock, and maintaining backstock, including DSD vendor stock on non-delivery days. Replenishing shelves from backstock and mass/end displays, rotating products, and presenting shelving as directed are also key duties. Breaking down cartons, bailing cardboard, and moving or stacking pallets are part of daily tasks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Load U-boat with stock items.
2. Stock and replenish shelves from backstock.
3. Restock mass or end displays, rotate products, and present shelving as directed.
4. Remove out-of-code items efficiently for rotation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
• Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum shift: 4 hours, depending on business needs.
• Job involves continuous activity.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%, sit 0%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max static pull: 20 lbs.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS materials used during work.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
