Job Responsibilities
  • Unload trucks, break down pallets, restock U-boats, and manage stock
  • Work in backstock, including DSD vendor stock on non-delivery days
  • Replenish shelves from mass and end displays
  • Break down cartons, bail cardboard, face or present store, and move or stack pallets
Qualifications
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations
  • Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Meet company performance standards, including attendance
  • Ability to use or learn to use job-related equipment and tools
Physical Requirements
  • Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs
  • Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand 55%, walk 45%; sit 0%
  • Max pull static: 20 lbs.
Preferred Requirements
  • Understanding of company policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of MSDS information for materials used
  • Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training
