Responsibilities

• Administer modalities under supervision.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the PT.
• Educate patients on exercises and self-management.
• Document care and discharge recommendations accurately.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and participate in discharge planning.
• Maintain infection control and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
