Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program or a physical therapist program.

Responsibilities

• Carry out physical therapy treatments per the plan of care under supervision.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Assist with department operations and program development as needed.
• Provide training to students and interns and act as a clinical instructor when assigned.
• Supervise rehabilitation technicians and collaborate with the PT and care team.
• Ensure safety and comply with Memorial Hermann policies and standards.
