Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting (P.T.A.) required.
• Valid state licensure as a PTA or license eligible.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with therapy equipment and EHR systems.
• Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises and modalities.
• Monitor, document and report patient progress and educate patients/families.
• Collaborate with therapists and support staff to ensure coordinated care.
