Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant, or license eligible.
• Strong assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic abilities with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Patient care: implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists and provide direct care.
• Treatment and education: monitor progress, report observations, educate patients and families.
• Documentation: accurately document treatments, progress and responses in records.
• Collaboration: work with therapists and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
