Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review resident information and assess impact on treatment.
• Conduct thorough functional assessment using standardized procedures.
• Develop and implement an individualized treatment plan with achievable goals.
• Maintain documentation and department records accurately.
• Instruct assistants and provide close supervision during sessions.
• Enter progress notes after each treatment session.
• Revise treatment plans as needed throughout care.
• Document discharge summaries clearly.
• Orient residents to services and risks associated with procedures.
