Job summary

Mental Health Association of Rochester is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to support licensed Physical Therapists across settings, including schools, homes, and facilities. You will help implement treatment plans and guide exercises to improve patient outcomes.

You will document progress, maintain compliance with clinical standards, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care while educating patients and families on treatment and wellness
