Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver and adapt in-facility physical therapy sessions, following defined recovery plans. You will support patients’ progress, participate in treatment programs, and work under the Director of Rehab to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities per recovery plan.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with rehab team to address whole-patient needs.
• Refer to other care as needed to support patient outcomes.
• Focus on patient-centered care and compassionate service.

Education
