JOB SUMMARY

Provides principal support in an office by carrying out recurring office procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Use MS Office Programs and Information Management Systems to complete assigned tasks
  2. Operate office equipment, such as computer, copier, fax, typewriter, and calculator
  3. Respond to special requests and projects, frequently under deadline conditions
  4. File correspondence, records, and other department documents
  5. Prepare basic reports, such as budget, payroll, and enrollment reports, as directed by supervisor
  6. Send, receive, and distribute faxes
  7. Answer and screen phone calls, handling multiple lines
  8. Type correspondences, grant applications and other documents from notes, copies, or rough drafts
  9. Answer routine correspondence not requiring supervisor’s attention
  10. Communicate with other departments to solve problems
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

EXPERIENCE
