Qualifikationen

• Experience with medication assistance in elder care preferred.
• Completion of state-required training/certification may be required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to interact with residents and staff.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacies, and physicians.
• Order and track changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medication records.
• Maintain a safe environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork and cooperative interactions with coworkers.
