Oakmont Management Group is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician for Oakmont of El Dorado Hills, CA. This role involves supervising and assisting with medication administration, direct resident care, and promoting participation in activities.

Requires at least 1 year of medication-assisted experience in RCFE or similar, high school diploma, and strong customer service skills. Willingness to work 2:00 PM–10:15 PM and to cover weekend days is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; LVN preferred.
• Experience assisting with medication in RCFE may be required by state regulation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; ability to interact with residents, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with resident, pharmacy, and physician.
• Track medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate medication and care records; ensure confidentiality.
• Maintain a safe environment per safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
