Job summary

Spine Solutions, Inc. (S2) seeks a licensed or license-eligible Multi-Site Physical Therapist to support our Albuquerque and Santa Fe clinics. This full-time role follows a consistent weekly schedule, with three days in Albuquerque and two days in Santa Fe.

You will help patients recovering from musculoskeletal and workplace injuries regain their strength, function, confidence, and independence. This position offers extensive paid training and mentorship, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain NM license before starting.
• Strong communication and clinical-reasoning skills.
• Commitment to thoughtful, patient-centered care.
• Interest in learning and professional growth; desire to help patients regain function.

Responsibilities

• Provide PT services at Albuquerque 3 days per week and Santa Fe 2 days per week.
• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercise, functional training, and patient education.
• Help patients progress toward return-to-work goals.
• Collaborate with therapists and care team.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation.
• Support patients throughout recovery.
• Develop experience in work conditioning, movement, and return-to-work planning.
