Presbyterian Healthcare Services seeks a Float Physical Therapist to support multiple outpatient locations in New Mexico. Eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.

The role rotates among Kaseman, Albuquerque Healthplex, Albuquerque Southern, Rio Rancho Las Estancias and South Valley with a weekday schedule. The position emphasizes movement-based care, education, and teamwork with PTAs to improve patient quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy preferred.
• NM License of Physical Therapy required.
• BLS required at time of hire.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates patients, develops plans and goals, and implements treatment programs for improvement of physical or developmental dysfunction and independence in activities of daily living.
• Continuously reassesses treatment plans and goals.
• Educates and instructs regarding home programs and preventive measures as appropriate to patient, family, and others.
• Prepares written documentation as required by the profession and the department in a timely manner.
• Communicates with patient, family, physician, and other healthcare providers regarding patient care.
