AID Performance Physical Therapy in Ashburn, VA is hiring a full-time Physical Therapy Technician / PT Aide. This role supports orthopedic and sports medicine care and offers mentorship, hands-on clinical experience, and growth opportunities in a high-performance clinic.

The position is ideal for recent graduates in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training, or related fields planning to apply to physical therapy school.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Biology or related) is required or in progress.
• Available Monday-Friday and able to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.
• EMR experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists with patient exercises and treatment flow.
• Set up and clean treatment areas and equipment.
• Apply hot/cold therapy and basic modalities.
• Help guide patients through exercise programs.
• Support front desk operations (phones, scheduling, scanning paperwork, collecting forms).
• Assist with force plate testing and performance programs.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization throughout the day.
