Job summary

Midland College in Midland, Texas is seeking a part-time adjunct in Education to teach courses as needed and participate in curriculum development within the Education Division. You will deliver instruction, align with syllabi, and contribute to curriculum maintenance and development.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Education (or equivalent) with strong communication, organization, and a commitment to diversity and student success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Education or 18 graduate hours in Education.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.

• Experience in public K-12 or dual credit teaching preferred.
• Familiarity with Canvas or instructional technology.

Responsibilities

• Instruct face-to-face, hybrid, and online courses per syllabus.
• Develop syllabi and learning aids; plan and organize lectures.

• Submit required reports and maintain professional relationships.
