Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; significant specialized experience may be substituted.
• Requires 3+ years of related experience, including PSYOP planning at brigade level or higher.
• TS/SCI eligibility required.
• Completion of PSYOP qualification, Joint IO Planning, or IO Integration courses required.
• Deep understanding of online communication platforms, digital marketing, analytical and communication skills, foreign cultures, and ethical considerations for online information operations.

Responsibilities

• Develops integrated PSYOP and supporting activities into CCPs, contingency plans, crisis plans, theater campaign orders, and ongoing operations.
• Develops detailed PSYOP campaign plans, including timelines, taskings, and measures of effectiveness.
• Develops and executes digital communication strategies to influence target audiences online, coordinating with adjacent staff sections.
• Assists other joint planners in incorporating understanding of information impact to leverage PSYOP effectively.
• Assists the assessment team with quarterly integration, organization, quality control, and documentation of assessment data within the program of record.
• Conducts in-depth analysis of the operational environment to identify key target audiences and assess beliefs, values, and motivations.
• Collaborates with analysts to develop persuasive, culturally appropriate messaging aligned with objectives.
• Collaborates with CCMDs, intelligence analysts, and operational units to synchronize messaging across platforms.
• Identifies measures, indicators, and data needs to evaluate progress toward objectives.
• Maintains documentation of planning updates, coordination outcomes, and recommendations.

As a PSYOP Planning and Assessment Analyst, you will be a key differentiator. You will use your subject matter expertise with PSYOP capabilities and experience with Internet-Based PSYOP to advise operators on methods of leveraging informational power to gain and maintain an information advantage. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; significant specialized experience may be substituted in lieu.
• Experience: Requires 3+ years of related experience, including experience in the development of PSYOP plans and programs at the brigade level or higher.
• Security clearance level: TS/SCI eligibility required.
• Skills and abilities: Completion of PSYOP qualification, Joint IO Planning, or IO Integration courses required. Deep understanding of online communication platforms, expertise in digital marketing, strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of foreign cultures, and awareness of legal and ethical considerations for online information operations.

The likely salary range for this position is $97,750 - $132,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
