Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) is seeking a PSYOP Planning and Assessment Analyst at a customer site in Tampa, FL. The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, 3+ years in PSYOP planning, and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; significant specialized experience may be substituted in lieu.
• 3+ years of related experience in PSYOP planning and assessment at brigade level or higher.
• Security clearance TS/SCI eligibility required.
• Completion of PSYOP qualification, Joint IO Planning, or IO Integration courses encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Develops integrated PSYOP and supporting activities into CCPs, contingency plans, crisis plans, theater campaign orders, and ongoing operations.
• Develops detailed PSYOP campaign plans with timelines, taskings, and measures of effectiveness.
• Develops and executes digital communication strategies to influence target audiences online.
• Assists other joint planners in leveraging information operations knowledge within the information environment.
• Assists assessment team with data integration and documentation in the designated program of record.
• Conducts in-depth analysis of the operational environment to identify key audiences and beliefs.
• Collaborates with analysts to craft persuasive messaging aligned with strategic objectives.
• Synchronizes messaging and actions with other CCMDs and operational units.
• Supports assessment planning by recommending indicators and data requirements.
• Maintains documentation of planning updates and coordination outcomes.

Job Description:

As a PSYOP Planning and Assessment Analyst, you will be a key differentiator. You will use your subject matter expertise with PSYOP capabilities and experience with Internet-Based PSYOP to advise operators on methods of leveraging informational power to gain and maintain an information advantage.

HOW A PSYOP PLANNING & ASSESSMENT ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Develops integrated PSYOP and supporting activities into CCPs, contingency plans, crisis plans, theater campaign orders, and ongoing operations.
• Develops detailed PSYOP campaign plans, including timelines, taskings, and measures of effectiveness.
• Develops and executes digital communication strategies to influence target audiences online, coordinating with adjacent staff sections to ensure consistent messaging.
• Assists other joint planners in incorporating their understanding of how information impacts the operational information environment to best leverage PSYOP.
• Assist the assessment team with the quarterly integration, organization, quality control, and documentation of assessment data within the Government-designated program of record
• Conducts in-depth analysis of the operational environment to identify key target audiences and assess their beliefs, values, and motivations.
• Collaborates with analyst to develop persuasive and culturally appropriate messaging that aligns with strategic objectives.
• Collaborates with other CCMDs, intelligence analysts, and operational units to synchronize messaging and actions across different platforms.
• Support assessment planning by identifying and recommending measures, indicators, and data requirements necessary to evaluate progress toward approved objectives.
• Maintain sufficient documentation of planning updates, assessment-integration actions, coordination outcomes, and recommendations to support continuity

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required; significant specialized experience may be substituted in lieu.
• Experience: Requires 3+ years of related experience, including experience in the development of PSYOP plans and programs at the brigade level or higher.
• Security clearance level: TS/SCI eligibility required.
• Skills and abilities: Completion of PSYOP qualification, Joint IO Planning, or IO Integration courses required. Deep understanding of online communication platforms, expertise in digital marketing, strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of foreign cultures, and awareness of legal and ethical considerations for online information operations.

The likely salary range for this position is $97,750 - $132,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
