Therapy & You is a private practice focused on mental health, seeking a Psychotherapist Supervisor to lead a team of therapists while maintaining a smaller caseload. The role emphasizes supervision, mentorship, and quality assurance to ensure best practices and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to psychotherapists, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices and agency policies.
• Review and approve clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment plans.
• Maintain a reduced caseload, providing therapy and support services to clients.
• Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development.
• Lead staff meetings and training sessions.
• Develop and implement new clinical programs.
• Oversee crisis intervention services and provide direct support during high-risk cases.
• Manage staff schedules and case assignments to ensure effective workflow.
• Monitor client outcomes, staff productivity, and quality of care.
• Address client complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new clinical staff.
• Develop and manage clinical program budgets.
